About Spandan
Inspired by the word ‘Spandan,’ which means ‘vibration,’ our foundation seeks to generate a positive impact and momentum within society. We are actively working on mental health awareness. Our program Spandan is aimed at transforming the lives of the children at Juvenile homes. We believe that through counseling and guidance, we can help these children in living a better life in the society.
We are trying to create a vibration in the society through workshops on Emotional Regulation, Anger Management, Positive Thinking and Social Conduct.
Our dedicated volunteers work closely with juvenile homes, providing personalized counseling, guidance, and mental & emotional support. We believe in the healing power of human connection and the transformative potential of therapeutic activities.
Therapeutic activities into our program, including:
Art therapy:
Expressing emotions through creative outlets like painting, drawing, and sculpting.
Music therapy:
Utilizing music to promote emotional well-being and reduce stress.
Mindfulness and meditation:
Practicing mindfulness techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce anxiety.
Play therapy:
Engaging in playful activities to foster healthy emotional development and coping skills.

NCPO 2025 with AIIMS, Delhi
We Avec U Foundation is proud to have co-organized the First National Conference on Psychotherapeutic Assessments and Interventions in Psycho-oncology (NCPO 2025) with AIIMS, Delhi. This landmark conference, held from 3rd to 5th January 2025, aimed to improve the lives of cancer.
